Recruiting Forms

Friends – thank you for finding this place!  I am happy to share these necessary pieces of paperwork.  If you find yourself in a position to need specific help/clarification or other input on these forms or the recruiting business I am happy to help.

Due to the overwhelming traffic on this page, and very frequent phone calls, I can no longer do so without a cost, unfortunately.  I simply can not take that much time away from my business.

If you really do need help, please know I am happy to do so.  My nearly 30 years experience in recruiting spans both direct and contract, recruiting agency management, activity tracking, desk assessment, trouble-shooting, evaluation…..the list is extensive.  I am a daily hands-on practitioner of the methods I teach.

My hourly rate is $275/hr for the first hour and $175/hr for any subsequent time needed.

To get started, please PayPal a payment to me for at least the first hour. My account is jerry@profsearchgroup.com.

Once you’ve done that – I’m all yours!  Call me at 260-347-1715.

  1. Really great contribution thanks much. Can you please do me a favor. If i approach a company and ask them to send a requirement will they give for the individual or what are all the things would they expect from me in order to get that. Further if you know anyone who is giving service like this can you please refer me. Also if you have any sample agreement or contract b/w an individual and a company please forward me the same. I would be really thankful to you if you could help me on this.

  2. You are one of a kind! If all were like you life would be much happier and more meaningful. Thanks a lot!!

I hope I will not be asking for too much but I am currently in the process of starting a homebased recruiting agency in Canada and will hopefully be able to use the forms you provided. I would appreciate your advise on the followings if possible: I am not sure how to introduce my agency and what to write on letters, pamphlets..etc as an introduction for mailing purpose and when I meet clients. Do I have to purchase a software to test candidates? Would you advise on one that is not too pricy and is mostly used. Would you provide me with best interview questions to ask candidate first time I meet them. I don’t have much of funds to put canidates on my payroll. What is the best second path to take without doing this? Thanks so much!

  3. Thanks Jerry!

I spent hours of time and purchased forms that weren’t even as good as yours. Concise and to the point.

I wish I would have ran into your blog and these forms sooner.

  4. Thanks a ton Jerry! Great resource!

On a side, do you have any sample agreement or contract b/w an individual and a company? I’m planning to work as a freelance recruiter with companies in other countries. Not sure how the agreement would go with respect to freelance recruitment with companies in other countries. I would appreciate if you could forward me such sample agreement/ contract.

Again thank you so much for all the info.

Let me know if I can be of any help.

    Thanks,
    Khan S

  8. May I request you to post some Technical Learning guide what a recruiter should know to understand the position, role in the software industry.

  9. Really no matter if someone doesn’t understand afterward its up to other users that they will assist, so here it takes place.

  10. Oh my goodness! Incredible article dude! Thank you so much, However I am experiencing troubles with your RSS.

  11. When you train outdoors not only do you benefit from the fresh air, it’s also energising, stimulating and acts as a natural stress reliever, you burn more calories and your core muscles work harder, in comparison to working out in an air conditioned gym. Perform Circuit Training ‘ No Rest through your entire workout.

A GPS is not just for your car, geocaching or your dog.

  12. Thanks for sharing! I am a recruiter looking for a standard set of questions to ask hiring manager- in order to develop a candidate profile. Can you please share? I’ll appreciate it.
